What about Alexander Siddig?

He's spent long enough in the USA to speak right, and has the coloured but 
British looks I've always thought Templar had. His 'pedigree' is 
impeccable, he's known only to a closed fan-base, but he has the talent to 
carry the series off.

Just a thought.
