For those who are still searching for that illusive Saint Book try www.greenmetropolis.com.  I did a search earlier today and it had eleven titles.  Sadly I have them.  
It appears to be a  UK based site and each book cost £3.75 and delivery is free. I presume that is to residents of the UK but who knows.  I can not vouch for them but it would appear that they are doing a good job of recycling books.  So check it out and maybe they will have that missing title..
