The books are listed on Amazon.com here in the US.  I notice it is paperback only with volume 1 being 800 pages and volume 2 being 496 pages.  They are showing out of stock, but you can order them.

Via Amazon.com Browns Books UK is showing that they will ship worldwide and they have them in stock, though their lifetime rating are a bit low, it looks like they have been trying to improve their performance.
