[Theepistle] Mention of Ponzi scheme in Saint story.

Dear All,
 
Can anyone jog my memory, please? The events of the last few days remind me of a Saint story describing a Ponzi scheme very similar to the one in the news, but I can't remember the title. It contains the a line something like: "The advertised dividend of 10 percent was scrupulously paid out of the deposits of the latest investors". The perpetrator of the scheme is just at the point of deciding that it is time he, er, made off with the funds when Simon turns up.
