Amazon says they are out on November 27, list price GBP7.99, Amazon 
price GBP7.59 (before any delivery charge).

List of stories already on the site!  At a quick glance, some titles 
are familiar, some not (I regret I'm not as immersed in Saintly 
matters as I ought to be).  Which indicates a good mix, something for everyone.
