Caveat emptor.

Look carefully at description and pictures.

The tape is clearly described (and pictured) as "VHS".  Not "S-VHS", 
but plain "VHS".

The label identifies it as "Off-air".

The recording is therefore equivalent to a domestic home tape.

I suspect this was made by an agency to allow confirmation (or 
otherwise) of matters such as running time, content of broadcast 
credits, lead-ins and close-outs, sponsorship material, adverts 
(including when they occured and what was advertised), no loss of 
original material during ad breaks, etc, etc.

The description "master" is, in my view, potentially misleading.
