Good news at the Vol 1 sales, not unexpected that Hodders want to 
"wait and see".  As with Hollywood, nobody gets sacked for trying to 
repeat a best-selling blockbuster, but nobody wants to risk something 
which _might_ be the next best-selling blockbuster (but is nothing 
like the last one) or which might simply do good business but won't 
generate a megabucks bonus.

A non-proprietary one.  Plain text would be ideal (for re-sizability 
etc), but loses bold, italic, special characters, etc.  So some sort 
of HTML?  With rights management of a sensible sort.
