Love the show and agree that whilst it's not The Saint or a re-hash, it's
definitely a distant cousin.

There's an American show called Leverage which is not dissimilar to
Hustle--stars Timothy Hutton as the lead. It's great fun and currently
airing on Bravo over here. If you get a chance it's well worth watching--if
you like Hustle and the Saint you'll love this. Indeed someone, who I think
may still be on this list, suggested the show was reminiscent of, I think it
was The Brighter Buccaneer-era stories.

Hi all,

Some may remember chat a while back about _Hustle_.

I thought the most recent episode had Saintly echoes - appeals to higher
values, money isn't everything, what's the point of revenge, etc.

_Hustle_ certainly is not _The Saint_, nor some re-hash.  But I do feel its
writers and producers have been at least influenced by Simon Templar.

Anyone else watch this?
