[SC_NEWS] Admin - list address changes

Hi,

 sorry for the lack of notice but a recent ( last night ) power
failure has prompted a rather hasty migration to a new domain and list
software. I'll be updating the website and FAQs and such in due course
but from now on mail will be coming from fascicle.org not ogham.org.

But not a lot really will have changed, sorry for any filters this may
break.
